  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Powder


  • Whisk all ingredients together making sure to break up any clumps.
  • Pour spice mixture into a jar or airtight container
  • To use: Shake or sprinkle evenly to coat the meat. Lightly pat.
